HEALTH CARE
The Bay Area Economic Partnership, of which Dickinson is a member city, notes two noticeable trends fuel the need and growth for a strong medical community. First, the U.S. Census population projections indicate that the bubble of baby-boomers will continue to grow in Bay Area Houston, especially as retirees from the East and West Coast of the United States begin to see the value of their retirement dollars going much further here.
The region’s hospital facilities, recognized for its excellent medical facilities and research advances, are all within easy access of the City of Dickinson.
